This boat had major refurbishment in 2007-8 in the Great Lakes, and subsequently piloted back to the Florida Keys
Refurbishment included factory remanufactured gasoline engines, rebuild of transmissions and port V-Drive, new starboard V-Drive
Rebuilding of most plumbing, electrical and hydraulics, new fuel lines, new hydraulic steering cylinder, install satellite TV and amplified digital TV antennae, new stereo ..... more

Boat currently located at the Marathon Yacht Club, in Marathon Florida (Florida Keys)
There is a possibility that if you wish to join the Marathon Yacht Club, that you could make application and the boat could remain docked there. Joining the Yacht Club though is not a guarantee of slip availability and you'd still need to make application to the Port Committee for the slip. Otherwise it must be moved from the Yacht Club to another marina.

To/Do's and Repairs: (Haven't gotten to these yet)
 - Sliding aft doors need rebuilt or replaced - they stick and don't slide well
- repair the small bulkheads on each side of sliding doors. Wood needs replaced.
- Paint deck, and aft deck cockpit area
- install vent for Air conditioner in Salon - it works fine but we haven't yet installed the vent box in the starboard side (it still comes out the 8" ducting)
- Clean bilge, had a large oil leak last year from a valve cover gasket that didn't get seated properly, and bilge needs a final cleaning
- Head works fine (we flush with fresh water from sink to avoid salt water issues), but would like to replace with new electric Raritan head
- Push to talk switch on VHF is currently sticking, and needs attention
