RECOMMENDED at this time due to overbearing rules and regulations - see the
other options in and around the harbor by CLICKING

Located midharbor on the North Shore. VHF 16. Marked Channel into
basin. Recently (since this older picture) upgraded by the City for new restrooms & showers,
laundry. Pumpout facility.
New City Park is immediately adjacent. Mooring fees (June 2002) are $150 monthly
including dinghy dockage for stays of 6 months or longer, and $200 monthly for
shorter stays, plus additional dinghy dockage of $3 daily, $15 weekly or $50
monthly. A security deposit of one months rent is due for monthly moorings. No
boats over 40' at moorings. Slips, dinghy docks, showers, laundry, work & storage space, pumpout &
"honey-barge"
