Located midharbor on the North Shore. VHF 16. Marked Channel into basin. Recently (since this older picture) upgraded by the City for new restrooms & showers, laundry. Pumpout facility.
New City Park is immediately adjacent. Mooring fees (June 2002) are $150 monthly including dinghy dockage for stays of 6 months or longer, and $200 monthly for shorter stays, plus additional dinghy dockage of $3 daily, $15 weekly or $50 monthly. A security deposit of one months rent is due for monthly moorings. No boats over 40' at moorings. Slips, dinghy docks, showers, laundry, work & storage space, pumpout & "honey-barge"
