• Squadron beginning computer class Nov 30th, 1999  at Lt/C Absten's. This was an "introduction only" to computer use and the internet. In attendance: Ed & Jean Winsor, Alice Kulecki, Roy Janota, Harry Watmuff, Joan Hutton & neighbor, Ron Geipe, Bob Jensen, Diane Holden, Becky Meachum.

• D8 Meeting October 1999, Ft Lauderdale: Marathon Power Squadron Members in attendance from left: Carl and Nancy Miller, Bill & Edie Brady, Joan and Vince Janowich, and Gregory Absten. The information sessions were good, the cocktail receptions great, and the dinner/parties fabulous!
