Boot Key Harbor Christmas Boat Parade1997 - FIRST ANNUAL

Though we had 12 or 14 boats in this original BKH parade, the only photos we have from this are from Bob Lloyd aboard "Irrational".

These 1997 photos are just NOW being posted in January of 2006. We had no photos at all (for whatever reason I can't recall) of this original parade. Then years later, at another post parade party at dockside, Bob came up to me and reintroduced himself, and gave me these three photographs. It was quite busy that night at dockside with MC'ing the program and all, plus I was drinking, and put these photos away somewhere on the boat. I couldn't find them after that! It went another few years and we sold our boat. I've been unpacking boxes up in Ohio from the boat and just came across these long lost photos again.
